COVID-19 Update 11 June 2021
The Victorian Government announced the current circuit breaker lockdown for Metropolitan Melbourne is to be lifted from Thursday 10 June 2021 11:59pm. With COVID safe measures and density limits in effect Hallbury would like to reassure our clients that we are continuing to operate as we have throughout this pandemic. We have received confirmation from the HIA today some exemptions to the 25km radius rule applies for Construction. The exceptions allow residents to travel outside the 25km from their home for the purpose of: Travelling to a display home or material and colour selection centre, attending a client site and final inspection, attending a handover or moving into a home.
Our sales and administration teams will resume face to face appointments with mandatory Vic Gov QR Check in and face masks being worn at all times. For clients who feel more comfortable communicating from home we will continue to engage via phone, email or Zoom video conferencing and utilising digital signing for documentation.

Construction sites are proceeding as normal with strict COVID safety measures in place. Physical inspections of homes can continue with strict COVID safety measures in place. Our construction teams have full video conferencing capability to walk clients through their homes under construction if required.
Aftercare and Post Handover Maintenance work in occupied homes can commence in a COVID safe environment. Please contact our team for more information.
