COVID-19 Update 28 October 2020
Dear Clients
With the most recent statement from the Premier on the advice of the Chief Health Officer (28/10/2020), restrictions are being eased in the construction industry. The following guidelines have now been implemented:
Current Clients: All residential building work can increase the amount of workers on-site (providing density quotas are adhered to) and the travel between sites has also been lifted, meaning works can continue at a relatively normal pace. Building inspection restrictions are also lifting, allowing clients to inspect their homes with a letter from Hallbury and COVID safety precautions implemented. Aftercare and Post Handover Maintenance is still restricted, however work can commence if physical barriers (which can include closed doors) are put in place and Workplace directions are followed. Ideally the client should vacate the home whilst work is being carried out, please contact our team for more information.

Dear Clients
With the most recent statement from the Premier on the advice of the Chief Health Officer, Restrictions are being eased ahead of schedule.
Prospective Clients: Our Sales and administration teams are engaging clients via phone, email or Zoom video conferencing to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible. Whilst our display home is open for 15 minutes at a time, virtual tours are also available from our website. Contracts and sales documentation are able to be digitally signed via our Adobe Sign application and our Interior Design and Electrical appointments are conducted via Zoom.
Whilst we understand this is a difficult time, Hallbury have made and implemented all necessary precautions to ensure that your journey is not hindered and homes can continue to be built.

Our priority is to ensure the safety of our of staff, clients and on-site teams, with your continued support and understanding we can continue to keep our operations moving and provide the best possible service during this unprecedented time.

COVID-19 Update 7 July 2020

With the statement from the Premier (7/7/2020) on the advice of the Chief Health Officer, Stage 3 restrictions have been reinstated across metropolitan Melbourne for the next 6 weeks. We want to take this opportunity to assure our customers that Residential Building remains an essential service and that home builders continue to be open for business under the latest community restrictions. Hallbury are committed to complying with Government directives, and have taken measures to protect the health and safety of clients, staff, and trades. Our display home will be open by appointment only during the current restrictions. As previously stated by the MBAV you are permitted to attend private appointments with your builder. Construction activity will continue as normal under the current restrictions.

COVID-19 Update 1 June 2020
Dear Clients
With the most recent announcement by the Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews, Hallbury Display Home "Evoke" in Clyde North will remain open to the public on Saturdays and Sundays between 11am-5pm and Wednesdays 12-5pm. A maximum of 20 people will be allowed to view the display home at a time, with strict social distancing still in place.

With the most recent announcement by the Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews, Hallbury will be re-opening our Display Home "Evoke" in Clyde North from this weekend Saturday 16th May 11am-5pm. A maximum of 10 people will be allowed to view the display home at a time, with strict social distancing still in place.

With some community confusion about the Victorian Government’s COVID-19 isolation measures, the Master Builders Association of Victoria have issued media releases to clarify that Residential Building remains an essential service. Hallbury are committed to complying with Government directives, and have taken measures to protect the health and safety of clients, staff, and trades. COVID-19 Update 30 March 2020
To our valued Clients, Suppliers and Trades
Your health and safety is our most important priority.
Following on from the Federal Government’s recent announcement, we will continue to operate as close to normal as possible, whilst respecting social distancing protocols.
At this stage all projects on-site and pre-site will continue as normal with social distancing and alternative communication methods in place where necessary.
