This home is a great example of what can be achieved with a modest budget and great design technique. The floor plan has been modified slightly from the original template but the key areas remain the same. The client has focused on the core areas to emphasise the features whilst retaining a number of our standard inclusions to keep to their budget. The result was a beautiful home that suited the client brief, area and budget.
